  • Construction of A perimeter Wall To Keep Our Students and Staff Safe and Secure

    Construction of a perimeter wall around Garissa University is underway. The security wall will have CCTV and surveillance systems that will be monitored by security personnel. The wall will have specific entry and exit gates that will be control by armed security officers assisted by trained security guards all fully committed to the security and safety of our students,staff and visitors. The wall is projected to be complete in the next one month.

     
  • Garissa University students sports team ( Football, Handball , Men and Ladies Volleyball  team and Basketball  ) got an opportunity to participate in a friendly matches against South Eastern Kenya University ( SEKU ) sports team. The students were grateful for the trip offered by the University. The sport activities was organized by KUSA Central.

  • Garissa University College sensitizes staff on work ethics and professionalism.

    Principal, Prof. Ahmed Osman Warfa who opened the workshop urged the staff to develop ways to inculcate professionalism in their work. Dr. Stephen Rotich, Dr. Justus Gori, Mr. Ombaka, and Mr. Machyo made a wonderful presentation on work ethics, professionalism.
